Designs for Sitting Warranty Information

Designs for Sitting provides a full 3 year bumper to bumper warranty on our chairs.  This warranty covers any mechanical or functional problems that may occur in the first 3 years.  This warranty also covers manufacturers defects on the upholstery such as staples pulling, or seams coming apart.  This does not cover natural wear and tear, rips, tears, markings made on the upholstery and other accidents that are not the fault of the company.

Designs for Sitting provides a 30 day money back trial program on all purchases.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, DFS will work with you to see if we can fix the problem by offering a different option.  If all else fails, DFS will pay the return shipping fee and refund your money, minus the initial non-refundable shipping fee the customer pays to have the chair initially delivered.   

Please note that any custom color order return will incur a 20% restock fee.
